Cornell Plantations, Part 2

Andrew and I decided to leave studio from a hard day of work and take the bikes out for a ride at the Plantations. This is by far my favorite leg of the Plantations--

Starting from the road...

along the stream...

across the bridge into the wilderness....

to the trees beyond....

into the wilderness...

the road less traveled...

and then out into the open field...

Niagara

Just had a lovely roadtrip with friends to Niagara yesterday. It was kind of an on-a-whim decision to drive out of Ithaca in a rented car. I realize there are so many places to explore around this area..

To be honest, I was a little underwhelmed by Niagara falls. I think I've been spoiled as a cornell student to see waterfalls and gorges everyday to class. But driving through the fingerlakes and the small american towns, as well as being with friends on the road totally made my day. yay for roadtrips

Beautiful Niagara

Getting a little bit of Niagara on the Maid of the Mist

ahhh!

Getting totally soaked

Then we crossed into canada, which is hands down, significantly better than the American side.

Hitting a chinese all-you-can-eat restaurant on the Canada side.
